How to change your thinking.

How to change your thinking.

Every now and then, we get a ‘bad’ thought. We think negatively about something, and every time we do the results are as we predicted they would be – bad. Negative thinking makes negative luck.

Now that you have learnt to catch your negative thoughts, try turning them into positive ones. If something is going badly, try thinking about what positive things can come out of it, or how you can make the situation better. For example, instead of thinking ‘this is bad’, think ‘this could be a lot worse, but I can deal with this, and anything that could crop up’. Such thoughts can make the negative, pesseimistic person more optimistic (if not very optimistic).

how to think positively.

How to think positively.
Every now and then, we have a pessimistic though about something. As a result, something doesn’t go our way, and we blame bad luck. In fact, this is a direct result of negative thinking. The first step for improving our luck is to recognise when we are having a pessimistic thought. This is usually the form: such and such is (not going to work)/(is hard)/is filled with problems. Pessimistic thoughts can take other forms as well. Learn to recognise when you have a pessimistic, or negative thought.

Luck the bigger picture – Part 1.

Luck the bigger picture – Part 1.

Luck is, and will always be, a fickle thing. If we take good luck as it comes and bad luck as it comes, then we will bee more at peace with the world.

Bad luck is usually the result of pessimistic thinking. Negative thoughts translate into negative actions. Negative actions lead to negative results. Lodestones and other charms may or may not work. Ultimately it is up to us to see why our ‘luck’ is so bad.

Next time, I will introduce a new technique to help improve your thought process and improve your good ‘luck’

Karma and luck

Karma and luck.
Karma is the belief that if you do bad things, bad things will be done to you, and if you do good things, good things will happen to you. Karma is a non-physical concept. - you cannot grasp karma in the palms of your hand, you cannot eat karma, you cannot se karma, you cannot smell karma.

Karma affects luck in many ways. It is connected to luck in that the more bad thing you do, the more bad things happen to you. Most people put bad things happening to them as bad luck. If karma esists, then the best thing to do is to start doing good things.
