How to change your thinking.
How to change your thinking.
Every now and then, we get a ‘bad’ thought. We think negatively about something, and every time we do the results are as we predicted they would be – bad. Negative thinking makes negative luck.
Now that you have learnt to catch your negative thoughts, try turning them into positive ones. If something is going badly, try thinking about what positive things can come out of it, or how you can make the situation better. For example, instead of thinking ‘this is bad’, think ‘this could be a lot worse, but I can deal with this, and anything that could crop up’. Such thoughts can make the negative, pesseimistic person more optimistic (if not very optimistic).

how to think positively.
Every now and then, we have a pessimistic though about something. As a result, something doesn’t go our way, and we blame bad luck. In fact, this is a direct result of negative thinking. The first step for improving our luck is to recognise when we are having a pessimistic thought. This is usually the form: such and such is (not going to work)/(is hard)/is filled with problems. Pessimistic thoughts can take other forms as well. Learn to recognise when you have a pessimistic, or negative thought.
Next time: how to change your thinking.

Luck the bigger picture – Part 1.
Luck is, and will always be, a fickle thing. If we take good luck as it comes and bad luck as it comes, then we will bee more at peace with the world.
Bad luck is usually the result of pessimistic thinking. Negative thoughts translate into negative actions. Negative actions lead to negative results. Lodestones and other charms may or may not work. Ultimately it is up to us to see why our ‘luck’ is so bad.
Next time, I will introduce a new technique to help improve your thought process and improve your good ‘luck’

Karma and luck
Karma is the belief that if you do bad things, bad things will be done to you, and if you do good things, good things will happen to you. Karma is a non-physical concept. - you cannot grasp karma in the palms of your hand, you cannot eat karma, you cannot se karma, you cannot smell karma.
Karma affects luck in many ways. It is connected to luck in that the more bad thing you do, the more bad things happen to you. Most people put bad things happening to them as bad luck. If karma esists, then the best thing to do is to start doing good things.

Luck and you
Luck affects every part of your life – love, lottery, and daily life. Luck ebbs and flows. It is impossible to have good luck all the time. Accept it when it’s there and enjoy it while you can.
You may or may not be able to increase your luck. If all things conform to the normal distribution (which I believe they are, but don’t quote me on this) then on average, you will have average amount of luck.

Luck – the work of external forces?
Many people believe luck to be a divine intervention or help from a higher power. There is no disputing luck as something that is unseen, but questions arise as to what causes luck to occur.
Scientists believe luck is caused by internal factors – bad luck suggesting something is wrong. However, I believe this is just the end point of luck – a way of suggesting something else is going on in our lives, but how do we get lucky or unlucky in the first place?
If luck is indeed to work of a higher power, then the best thing to do is to appease the gods

practical Aspects of luck
Although luck is a fickle thing to define, there are many applications of luck we can see everyday – people win lotto, minor injuries from a horror accident, etc. Though people still debate on the exact nature of luck, there are many practical as well as spiritual ways to improve one’s luck.
To take a practical example, take a day when you have felt especially lucky. Everything just seems to fall your way, and you feel as though you are floating.
Now take a day you have felt especially unlucky. The world seems to weigh you down. You feel burdened.
Consider both feeling, and you instantly want the former – It’s a nice feeling. Luck is strange however. It ebbs and flows, so when you have good luck, savour that feeling – it may not last, but then again, it might!

Meditation and luck
Meditation is a way of calming the mind and body. There are many way of meditating, but the preferred method for beginners is to sit cross-legged on the floor. Close your eyes, to let your thoughts gently float away. Meditate in a brightly lit room to stop yourself from falling asleep. You should, after a while, become more aware of your surroundings. Hopefully, your luck will increase.

lodesones and increasing your luck
What are lodestones, exactly?
Lodestones are pieces of rock which are natural magnets. Lodestones come in all different sizes, from the very big to the very small. Sometimes the lodestones will be sprinkled with magnetic sand (finely ground iron shot) to boost its effects.
Are lodestones free?
If you find a natural piece of magnetic rock in your garden, then yes – it’s free. Otherwise a specialist shop dealing in the occult will sell them. Just make sure you ask the owner you want one that increases your luck, and one you want to carry around with you.
Why lodestones?
In the old days when they first found this stone and discovered its unusual properties, they formed the opinion that the rock was supernatural. Since it influenced its surroundings somewhat, it was believed the stone could attract power, fame, fortune, and even luck. Lodestones were even purported to be able to do a wide variety of other things.
Really? Is this true? I can save my marriage this way? I can improve my luck this way?
Sadly, there are only anecdotal evidence to support it, and anecdotal evidence to disprove it. It can probably not affect your marriage, but it may influence your luck. There are no guarantees.
Trivia about lodestone:
• Known as early as 800BC in both Europe and china
• Led to the invention of the compass
• Was said to cure a wide variety of ailments and even infidelity
• Used extensively in folk magic
• Can be painted colours that are said to attract specific types of luck these are:
o Red (love)
o Green, Gold and Silver (money)
o White (magical protection & blessings)
o Blue (serenity)
o Black (power over others)
I don’t suggest you paint your stone black. For obvious reasons.

Increasing uck the fast way
Increasing luck – the fast way.
There are no guarantees that this is going to work. If luck exists, and it can be changed, then this is one way of trying to change it. I am not certain this is going to work for everyone, but some people swear it works. Here’s how it works:
- Get a piece of paper and a pen
- Write down ‘I want to become luckier’ 10 times.
- Fold the paper in half, then half again
- Tuck it under you pillow.
- Sleep on it
There you have it – one more way of increasing your luck. Best of all - it’s free.

Luck spells for free - what is luck?
What is luck?
Luck is one of those things which you either believe in or not. If you have clicked onto this blog, you probably believe in luck. But what exactly is luck?
Luck is defined to be a chance happening outside of a person’s control. There is good luck and there is bad luck. No-one wants bad luck. Everyone wants good luck, but how do we change luck, and can we change luck?
It is hard to say whether we can actually change luck, some people says it happens, some people say you cannot change luck. Since we don’t actually don’t know whether luck exists, and whether it can be changed, it cannot be harmful to try and change luck.
Mantras – a type of spell.
A mantra is a word or phrase that you repeat over and over. You need to say it many time to instil it into your mind. In this case, if you want to improve your luck, say the words: ‘I want to improve my luck’ 10-20 times each night.
